I recently decided to pursue a career as a professional pilot. I've already received my private pilot certificate and a B.S. in aerospace engineering so it really isn't worth attending an aviation college. Cost is probably my biggest issue right now since I'm still paying off college loans. I've looked into several flight schools including local instructors to get an idea of what's out there. Basically I'm looking for some advice as to what I should be looking for in a flight school, if accelerated programs are just as effective as traditional training, and some general insight into the whole process.
